My name is Joanne and I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I fell in love with all aspects of yoga from my first class! I love the mind, body, and spirit connection and the importance of slowing down and becoming aware of your heartbeat, breath, thoughts, and emotions. My classes are accessible to all and include a blend of yoga, meditation, Reiki, and spiritual readings. I hope to help others give themselves the attention, self-love, and self-care they deserve in order to create an overall sense of well-being. I am so excited to share my love of yoga with others!
