Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a combination of yoga and strength training to create a full body work out! In this class you will combine different yoga poses with weights in order to give you more of a high intensity workout while focusing on your form through different poses. This class will help you build muscle, boost your metablism and energy levels, raise your heart rate and increase your flexibility and balance. You will leave this class feeling stronger and more refreshed, a great way to intensify your workout!

Stretch Yoga

This class will help you to stretch out all areas of your body. We will be stretching through different poses and techniques while focusing on your breath, balance and flexibility. When you stretch you release endorphins which causes a sense of euphoria and tranquility. This class is good for all levels, as always, you may modify any poses to your liking, or challenege yourself by trying something new!
MYLEC

MYLEC stands for meditation, yoga, light touch, essential oils, and CHOCOLATE! Although this class offers stretching and breathing teqhiniques, the main focus of this class is about meditation, relaxation and rejuvenation! While enjoying the aromas of the essential oils, feeling the energy through light touch, you will leave this class feeling amazing! And dont forget... after all of this self-care you get to treat yourself to some chocolate!

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a broad classification that includes different types of yoga. This class connects individual poses with deep breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Vinyasa is great for eliminating aches and pains, increasing balance and stability, and improving strength and endurance. All levels are welcomed to this class as demonstrations and modifications will be provided.

Barre with a Pilates Focus

Barre with a Pilates focus classes are a unique combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and strength training, designed to make students feel amazing and strong, while having fun, getting a little sweaty, and offering lots of options for novice and experienced students alike.
Sound Healing

Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different sound vibrations to heal the mind, body and spirit. It is believed that sound healing can help relieve anxiety as well as insomnia. Sound healing is the new self-care trend that you need to know about!

Slow Flow Yoga

This class is meditative and emphasizes peace and calm in your body and in your mind. Slow flow yoga is active yet unhurried and allows you to deepen your pose and focus on the movement at hand. It focuses on the importance of breathing and connecting your breath to your movements. This class is great for everyone as it benefits calming the mind, reducing stress, teaching patience, improving flexibility as well as overall health.

Mellow Unwind

A tranquil yoga class to unwind from a long week. Gentle movement and stretching brings about relaxation and mellowing of muscle tension. Yogic breathing techniques will be shared to encourage decompression of mind and body. End the class with a blissful savasana and mini sound bath.
